From humble Beginnings significant Success can grow.
We offer a Trial Package, Units can be purchased from Germany with an agreed Discount. Historical Purchases are then counted to elevate an Agreement to a Tier Level, the Cornerstones of Template Dealer Support are offered such that a very simplified start as a Vanderhall Reseller is possible.
This way a Reseller can progress to have all the Benefits associated with an established Reseller Model – realising significant Vanderhall Sales along the way with the Commitments required by the Tier Structure coming later in the Business Life but still accruing the Sales from Day one.
Vanderhall Dealer Tier A
Our Entry Level Tier A – provides for a Reseller to grow with the Vanderhall Brand.
To qualify for Tier A Pricing, 4 (four) Units must be initially purchased.
Payment is required as the Order is placed, within 5 (five) Working Days of Invoice Receipt.
No further Commitment to purchase additional Units within Year 1 is required, for Tier A, however, it should be noted, Unit Availability for Future Orders under Tier A can be extended as Resellers who have opted for Replenishment Plans Tiers B, C, and D will have Units produced as Priority.
Tier A Resellers can transfer to the Replenishment Tiers at any time, simply by revising their Terms.
Vanderhall Dealer Tier B
To be eligible for Tier B, a Reseller must commit to buy 8 (eight) Units within a 12 (twelve) Month Period.
This is a Replenishment-Based Plan and provides for assured Availability of Units.
If Orders fall short in a 12 (twelve) Month Period, Pricing is retrospectively adjusted to Tier A.
This Commitment is renewed each 12 (twelve) Months.
Sales are recognised as the required ~ Warranty Registrations are completed.
A further Discount for Demo Units is available for Resellers selecting Tier B and this in turn is triggered by Warranty Registrations of Units sold.
This Process qualifies a Reseller to benefit from a Protected Geographical Area for Sales.
Vanderhall Dealer Tier C
Tier C typically is suited to a Reseller operating with a Larger Area.
This is a Full Replenishment Plan, and to qualify, the Reseller must sell not less than 16 (sixteen) Units in the same 12 (twelve) Month Period of which the Initial Order of 4 (four) Units is a part.
Pricing reflects this added Commitment and there are Price Surcharges, if Volumes fall short.
Vanderhall Distributor Tier D
This Price Plan is well suited for a Reseller able to manage Sales in a whole Country or Extended Area.
In line with this increased Responsibility, Optimised Lead Times, with significant Incentives for both Demo Units, Margin and Marketing Support comprise the Tier D Package.
An Initial Order of 4 (four) Delivered Units must be replenished 10 (ten) Times within the 12 (twelve) Month Period this underwrites the required Commitment to sell not less than 40 (forty) Units in Year 1.
The required Replenishment of Units offers increased Flexibility.
Resellers operating under Tier D will be following a Discussed Plan to appoint and support Sub-Dealers in parallel with being proactive with Case by Case Supported Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.
Financial Commitments reflect this increased Responsibility and are detailed in the Reseller Agreement that determines the Start Date of Tier D Commitments.
This is a Year on Year Plan and not able to be extended as Tier D, unless all Qualification Criteria is satisfied in the initial 12 (twelve) Month Period.

Times are offered for Central European Time (CET), however, for International Resellers we are happy to accommodate Overseas Time Slot Requests by Arrangement.
